Product Selling Price Calculator
Set your selling price from cost, operating expenses, marketplace fees, profit margin, and VAT.
How it is calculated
- Cost per unit = cost per unit + (operating costs per month ÷ units sold per month).
- Margin: profit is a share of the selling price, price = cost ÷ (1 − margin − fee). Markup: profit is a share of cost, price = cost × (1 + markup) ÷ (1 − fee).
- If you are VAT-registered (PKP), VAT is added on top of the price: 12% × an 11/12 tax base for non-luxury goods (11% effective), or the full 12% for luxury goods.
A 30% margin means 30% of the selling price is profit; a 30% markup means price = cost + 30% of cost. For the same percentage, margin gives a higher price.
